Grilled pizza! Yum!

Got a small dough ball out of the freezer last night and it's thawing in the fridge as I type.

Vegetarian pizza with lots of fresh chopped tomatoes, onions, minced garlic, herbs, and a bit of mozzarella.

Dinner last night with my zumba instructor and our friends was amazing so I have to share.
We went to a local place that has really good food.

I had the "chicken arthur" which is sauteed with artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes. Very good! But that's not all I also had a small bowl of clam chowder soup that was awesome, ceasar salad, these clam maison things which are basically stuffed clams with lemon and lots of french bread. We also shared 3 bottles of wine. Riesling which I didn't like very much, Sauvigon blanc and Moscato which both I loved.
It was a great time out and great food!

Tonight was just boring.. lol it was tuna with mustard and pickles. Will have some moose tracks ice cream for dessert.

I'm not a big Riesling fan either. Your dinner sounds so good!

Will throw a small steak on the grill for Rick and me. With fire-and-ice tomatoes. And some green beans...all from the garden and fresh this morning!

The recipe is on foodnetwork.com. It's called sausage, kale and lentil soup. It's a Rachael Ray recipe. If you can't find it I'll print it. I added extra chicken broth concentrate for more flavor and skipped the wine. It's a nice thick soup, like a stew.
