Cat Blog of the Month

Cat blogs can be a wonderful way to share our love for everything feline. Whether discussing cat care issues, cats in the news or your own precious fur babies, blogs are a great tool allowing people to communicate their thoughts with other cat lovers.

Here on TheCatSite.com we wish to introduce you to new quality cat blogs by way of a new fun contest. Each month, we’ll bring forward several cat blogs, telling you all about them in a special post on our blog and a thread on our forums. We’ll then encourage our members to visit the blogs and vote for the best cat blog among them. The winning blog will be awarded with a special TheCatSite.com Blog of the Month Badge!

And as with any contest, we have to have rules, so here goes -

Participating blogs have to meet the following criteria:
Deal primarily with cats in a positive and responsible manner.
Have textual posts, rather than just cat pictures.
No copyright violations.
Be active with new posts added at least once a week.
Be at least four months old.
Written in English.
Avoid any cat care advice that is contrary to responsible cat care, as deemed by TheCatsite.com owners. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting declawing and objecting to spaying and neutering.

Nominated bloggers will be interviewed so that our members can learn more about their blogs. Participating blogs are asked to display a small graphic image such as this one to announce their nomination, for the duration of the month. Participants may keep it their nomination image, should they wish to.
